  Mike is awesome! Will come again when Mike is working! Also, Anthony the game technician was extremely helpful, attentive, great teacher. The old school Aunties needed to know how to play some of the new games. Jess the manager gets on the Frontline with her staff. Love that type of leadership.

  Wings were official.. fries r middle mid with salt.. tendies were flavorless.. sliders semi slapped.. pigs in da blankets weren’t bad tho.. overall decent bar food, fun’s games of course, great spot for da kids (of all ages), I frequent here usually for kids events so no complaints.. service was pretty good too, and just a fun atmosphere overall, great for kids bdays and celebrations for sure!!

  The arcade is fun! I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, though. We went for my daughter's birthday, I had called and spoken to them on the phone, and they knew it was a 5 year olds birthday. They sat us right underneath tvs so loud you literally couldn't hear the person next to you speaking, when there was a different room in the back that didn't have tvs. Not sure why. Also, I spent years working in a sports bar. I'm familiar with TVs on during sporting events. The volume was not normal, at all. The food was good, the drinks were insanely overpriced - I paid $16 for a can of wine. Anyway, the worst part of the entire experience was the check. I was handed a mini computer thing instead of a paper receipt. We were 10 people, so I went to the bottom to check if gratuity had been added. There was nothing said about gratuity on this mini computer - just a subtotal, tax, total, and suggested tip amounts. So I tipped over 20%, like I always do. I tried to print the receipt from this thing, and it said my table was not able to have a printed receipt, so I did the "email to me" option. When I got home and looked over the receipt, I realized that gratuity was added. The server did not tell me, and sat there and watched me tip an extra over 20%. I served for over a decade - I would NEVER not tell someone that gratuity had been added to their check, especially when it doesn't show up on the thing they hand you to view your receipt. If you go, make sure you ask if gratuity has been added. Or make them print you a receipt so you can see the whole thing like normal.

  I had an amazing experience visiting this Dave & Buster’s location thanks to my server, Chris! He was very friendly and welcoming, kind, and compassionate, but also very knowledgeable. He explained what menu items were and what they came with. I also saw him helping other staff members and other guest. He was overall just a great person to have as a server and I’m definitely gonna be coming back and sitting in his section. The bartender Alison was also very nice. The bar can get a little bit, backed up and busy, but she was quick and efficient. The manager whose name I cannot remember for the life of me Was also very sweet. He was wearing a gray shirt and had a walkie-talkie connected to his chest. There was a nice lady with braids and glasses at the ticket counter, where you redeem your ticket for prizes. She was also very sweet. Great attitude, very friendly and approachable. However… Unfortunately, the lady at the front was not very nice. She seemed irritated and annoyed that she didn’t wanna be there. She had a AirPod in her ear the whole time andlooked lost. Not sure what her problem was, but it’s unfair and unfortunate that pain guest have to endure her unfavorable behavior.

  Dave & Buster’s has always been one of my favorite places to go for entertainment, so my recent experience at this location was extremely disappointing\. When my friend and I first arrived, we received very little assistance and had to figure out where to go and what to do on our own\. Thankfully, we eventually had the pleasure of being helped by Sam, who was by far the most amazing server we encountered during our visit\. He was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our experience\. Dave & Buster’s is fortunate to have an employee like Sam\. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was extremely frustrating\. We went to play the arcade games, but multiple machines took money from our game card without allowing us to play\. After experiencing this with several games, I brought the issue to the attention of the staff\. The game technician who assisted us was unable to resolve the problem and ultimately could only refund the money that had been deducted from our card\. After this happened repeatedly—approximately five times—I became understandably frustrated and asked to speak with a manager\. Unfortunately, speaking with the manager, Gerard, made the situation even worse\. I found his manner of speaking to me extremely disrespectful and inappropriate for someone in a management position\. Rather than making an effort to listen to my concerns or resolve the situation, I felt that I was treated with hostility and disrespect\. Most concerning, I felt that comments made during our interaction were discriminatory toward both me and my friend, who has a disability. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting\.(The fact that he felt the need to address .. myself as a Jew drunk female Friend as a Jew handicap is absolutely acceptable !) Customers, regardless of their background or whether they have a disability, deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, and respect. This location definitely needs a new manager because Gerard is not it.!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed that what should have been an enjoyable visit turned into such a negative experience\. I hope Dave & Buster’s takes this complaint seriously, investigates what happened, and addresses both the malfunctioning games and the way this situation was handled by management\. I would also like to recognize Sam for his excellent customer service, as he was the one positive part of our visit\.
