  The staff is very very rude. This place will spoil your mood. The games are fun but staff really are the worst. Will never visit again. I recommend people to not go here.

  Best D&B in NJ and the area! Why? Games work correctly, food is good, and above all else… the customer service is unmatched. Josue, Tiff, and the other staff members have gone above and beyond time and time again.

  Such a fun night! The food was fantastic, there were tons of drink options, and the whole family had a great time playing all different types of games. Our server Sam and manager Tifanie were particularly awesome, and we're already planning our next visit :-)

  Honestly this place is a rip off…. $33 for 3 sliders, 4 cocktail franks, and 4 wings… then half the games dont work and there’s nobody to help. Also the server in the restaurant area pushes for you to buy the game cards from her to i crease the gratuity. Just a nasty place overall, $200 we all left hungry and wasted like a good 50 game points on games that didnt work so it was just a loss.

  Usually, I do not leave reviews unless the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately, my experience at Dave & Buster’s today was very disappointing. I paid $60 by credit card for game credits and was given a game card that I was told had 375 credits. Before leaving the counter area, I checked the kiosk right next to the desk and discovered that the card had 0 credits. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I waited for about 30 minutes with no explanation or update about what was being done. Then, the employee at the desk put up a “going on break” sign and left, without telling me what to do or who would help me. About 10 minutes later, a manager came over, handed me a card, and offered no explanation or apology. The manager’s attitude felt rude and dismissive, as though I was asking for something for free rather than simply trying to receive what I had already paid $60 for. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was truly disappointing.
