Our server Sam was amazing! He had great suggestions for the eat and play combo and checked in with us consistently. The value was great, Dave & Busters is always a good spot for kids and adults to convene.

Tiffany, Damian, Karlena truly provided amazing service. I had visited twice prior to the party I had. Dave and Busters is definitely a recommendation for a party, or even a day out with the family or friends. I will recommend others to attend this location.

I visited the Dave & Buster in Woodbridge NJ. I will never ever visit again. Though the gaming experience was fine, the staff could care less from management through on the floor workers. Mutiple times needed assistance, and you would see staff grouped chatting away. No urgency of service, on their phones, bathrooms a mess, the whole place dirty. There was a long line at the prize reception, and no lie 3 worlers wwre behind the desk and no one offered to help bring the line down, pure"not my job attention" .
The only saving grace was the young gentleman at the front desk. He was the only one friendly and informative and the gentleman behind the bar was also pleasant.
In comparison to the new Freehold NJ location, this place needs attention. Corporate REALLY needs to review this location unannounced. We will not be returning.
I had an outstanding experience at Dave & Buster’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to one incredible employee—Denzel. From the moment I walked in, he stood out for all the right reasons. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and takes pride in creating a great experience for guests, but Denzel absolutely does.
He greeted us with a warm, friendly attitude that immediately made us feel welcome. Even though the place was busy, he stayed calm, attentive, and professional the entire time. He went out of his way to make sure we understood how everything worked—from the game cards to the specials—and he explained it all clearly without ever making us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions.
What really impressed me was how attentive he was throughout our visit. He checked in at just the right moments—not too much, not too little—and always made sure we had what we needed. Whether it was helping us with a game issue, making recommendations, or just making sure we were having a good time, he was always right there with a positive attitude.
Denzel also handled a small issue we had with one of the machines, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. Instead of brushing it off, he made sure it was resolved and even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly afterward. That level of care really shows how much he values customer satisfaction.
On top of all that, his personality made the experience even better. He was easy to talk to, respectful, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole night more enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping, and that kind of energy makes a big difference.
Overall, Denzel went above and beyond in every way. Employees like him are the reason people come back. If you’re visiting Dave & Buster’s, I honestly hope you get the chance to be helped by him—you won’t be disappointed. He’s a true asset to the team and deserves recognition for the amazing job he’s doing.
