- TTTeeJun 20, 20261.0Chick-fil-A – 1040 US Highway 1 I am extremely disappointed with the service my family and I received at this Chick-fil-A location on Saturday, June 20, around 10:00 a.m. We placed an online breakfast order twice before breakfast service ended and arrived expecting our order to be honored. Instead, we were told that because we selected the drive-thru option, the order was not actually processed and only a hold was placed on our card until we arrived. This was never explained when we placed the order. Even though the order was submitted well before breakfast ended, we arrived at approximately 10:37 a.m. and were told they could not fulfill it because breakfast was no longer being served. It was frustrating to be penalized for a process that was never communicated to us. The customer service made the situation even worse. The manager on duty was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. At one point, she stepped behind a wall and appeared to be speaking about me to other employees. When I asked what she said, she immediately popped back up but would not respond. The behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. There were also two female employees working near the back register who were rude and disrespectful I believe she’s another manager Stephanie. While we were trying to get answers about our order, we could hear them saying, “Why are they still here?” There was also a male employee whose name is Domingo the husband of Denise who was rude, unwilling to assist when I asked for the names of the other employees involved, those names were not provided either. ( I found out the names on my own) When I requested corporate contact information, Denise told me to “look it up.” The other manager Stephanie then walked away and began assisting another customer without addressing my concerns or making any effort to resolve the situation. Several employees were also laughing and giggling while we were trying to understand what happened with our order, which made the situation even more upsetting. The lack of communication regarding the online ordering process, combined with the dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional treatment we received, made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Customers deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect when issues arise. Instead, we were ignored, laughed at, and treated as though our concerns did not matter. I hope management and corporate review this incident, including the staff who were working that morning, and take steps to ensure other customers are treated with the respect and courtesy that Chick-fil-A is known for.
