  I am currently on hold… I have been on hold for 30 minutes now… my favorite part of holding is that the phone says contact store manager blah blah… NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.!!!!!! So how? The owner should be ashamed… I would be embarrassed as the owner. While writing this review 8 more minutes have gone by…

  This place has always offered excellent service. I am a dasher and I needed some change but it was denied. Todays workers have no idea of customer service. I have been here before and people are always GRRRREEEEAAT!!..Talk to your employees that were here today 7 PM. They need training!!!!

  Ordered a too good to go from here. I was dismissed with a wave of the hand and a “We don’t use them. You have to get your money back.” I showed the order and the answer was the same. Then the worker walked away from the counter into the back. I get not using the service or having a bad day but manners, politeness, or even “I’m sorry”, would have gotten an order from me. No food, no smile, no service, one star.

  I placed an online order at this location Friday afternoon. Confirmation # received and it had a teacher saying preparing pizza. I got there five minutes before my time, waited three minutes before someone actually came to the register. He asked if I was picking up or placing an order, and I said yes, online order... he then said your order was canceled bc we're closed... I was confusion, bc if you're closed, how am I inside, why did you ask if I'm picking up or placing an order!!! Another customer walked in, I said my order went through, ya'll refunding my card? I asked, are you taking orders now, he said, no we been closed since 12! I was annoyed because it was after 1pm so I said, if you're closed, be closed... lock the doors so customers don't come in expecting food during lunch time. I went there once years ago when they opened and haven't been back until this time and after this, probably won't be back!

  I literally just left there to place an order in person and as soon as the guy came from the back he told me they were closed. Which was clearly a lie….closed at 2PM? If you’re closed then how do you have orders ready for pick up? He just didn’t want to take my order and clearly doesn’t want to work. Outrageous to have someone turn away business because of laziness I would look to replace this person immediately. Horrible service. This took place at the Pizza Hut located at 4384 US-130 in Willingboro, NJ.
