Lack of cleanness worker outside the store smoking came in to take order did not wash hands before starting to touch the dough or products to complete my order. Also, when trying to order online, there has been times where order is wrong? Do not recommend going nor eating from there.

I paid $3 additional for each pie for extra cheese and extra onion. We also ordered cheese bread sticks. We got home and had no dipping sauces ( should have checked before leaving) and there was no extra sauce or toppings. This order was $30 and in comparison to comparable places I would take Little Caesars or Domino's over this anyday. Customer service online can't do anything and the service/ food must be so poor at this location that they never answer the phone. I would NOT recommend and surely not return.

I accidentally selected carryout instead of delivery when placing my order and immediately tried calling the store to fix it. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back six more times, and every single time I was placed on hold again with no one picking up. There was absolutely no way to speak to a real person for help. Because of that, I ended up losing $30 and never received my order the way I needed it. Customer service should not be this hard to reach. Very frustrating experience.
