- ZZZahra2 days ago1.0Mother tried ordering here last night after her work shift for the both of us and they closed early claiming they "never received the order" when it was placed before 11 to ensure it would be done before 12. So we had to find dinner elsewhere at near midnight due to the service being lazy and not wanting to do their jobs. Whoever took over after the fire incident doesn't know what the hell they're doing.
- RRR.Jul 10, 20261.0I placed an order for delivery, requesting no Canadian bacon. It had Canadian bacon all over it. When I called to tell them about it , the guy tried to tell me I said ADD Canadian bacon and banana peppers. I corrected him on this, and he proceeded to say bring it in to exchange it! I tried to say never mind, so he then said for ANOTHER TIP, he would make and deliver the corrected pizza! Suffice to say this is the first and last time I order from here. Customer service should not be money hungry AFTER you make a mistake!!!

Instead of being understanding, the manager or whoever answered flat-out refused to help—no flexibility, no effort to accommodate, just a hard “no.” It’s disappointing because mistakes happen and a quick adjustment should not be a big deal, especially when it’s caught right away. Customer service like that makes you feel like your business doesn’t matter. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.
