  This is the only food mart that I know of in that area, I go there to pic up some things while staying in Wildwood, The prices are HIGH and the store is Ancient. Since getting my pocket hit at this place I come down prepared and avoid getting fleeced .

  ….Can I give this poor excuse of a: “Supermarket” *MINUS-5-STARS?*. Can I? ….First and foremost, “Comrades,” forget it it you’re a local-You’re: “SOL.” Let alone a local who doesn’t-Nor *wants* to weigh 500-lbs. Shelves are bare-Some since *MEMORIAL DAY.*. All the hot dogs, hamburgers and rancid chicken you could want! Sold out of most popular soft drinks from Pepsi and even most flavors of *GATORADE.* Welcome to “communist Yugocrazia.” “You will eat what we sell. At *double* price of capitalist pig ShopRite.” Basically, this is a frozen food storehouse with half-rancid produce, almost no baked breads and a laughable seafood counter. Which reminds me-If you need any sort of canned fish besides tuna? You’re: “SOL.” Employees are either hiding, looking like they’re half-strung out on drugs or screaming in the parking lot. There have literally been the same empty boxes that once contained tins of fish since *MEMORIAL DAY.* …High prices. Laughable selection. Questionable employees. I made my *LAST* shopping trip here tonight. NO other Acme is this bad and as under stocked in the county.

  CONTACTED OFFICIAL SITE. IF THIS IS NOT CORRECTED I AM GOING TO FOX NEWS!!!!! 2nd UPDATE!!! The bananas I just got this week the end of August in Cape May. So it turns out it's not just in wildwood. Acme Markets does not care about Cape May County and gives us bad fruit and vegetables. UPDATE!!! On top of all the fruit and vegetables being bad I get in line at the cashier I have an injured hand and a whole cart loaded groceries she did not help me load one Grocery and can't let my groceries go around and go around in the spinning thing and kept bringing people up and keeping my groceries there without any help!!! It is quite disgusting here at the Wildwood acme. For The Last 5 Years these people sell bad fruit and bad vegetables and yet charge us Acme prices. I advise you go to another store don't come here

  Very disappointing experience at this ACME location. I visited on Sunday, August 9, at approximately 9:30 PM. The store was still open, but the deli was already refusing to serve customers. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was NO manager on duty on Sunday nights. I find it unbelievable that a supermarket of this size can operate without a manager or responsible supervisor available to address customer concerns. What concerned me even more was the condition of the store. As I walked through different departments, I found multiple products that were already expired, including items in the produce and bakery areas, among others. This was not an isolated item in one section — I noticed the problem in several areas of the store. This location clearly needs stronger management and much better supervision. Checking expiration dates and maintaining proper standards should be basic responsibilities, especially when selling food to the public. This is embarrassing for a company like ACME and reflects very poorly on the brand. Corporate management should seriously review how this location is being operated, particularly during Sunday evening hours.

  Nothing much to say about this store other than they sell groceries at a premium for no reason other than being the only grocery store on the island. The prices are pretty outrageous, drive a little more and youll hit a walmart, aldi, shoprite. They wanted to charge us for the weight of ice attached to crab clusters, the price reduced by 30% when I asked to remove the ice and made them redo the ticket. But the manager made a remark.
