I’ve been coming here almost every day for YEARS, and the customer service over the past few weeks has been HORRIBLE. There have been at least 3 times now where they either didn’t have the avocado toast (which is understandable) or their oven was “broken” so they couldn’t make it. The problem is I always preorder through the app, so I’m already charged. Every single time they tell me, “we’ll leave a note and give it to you tomorrow.” Lie after lie after lie. That has NEVER happened. The app makes it ridiculously hard to get a refund, so at this point I’m basically just donating money to this location because they refuse to fix anything or honor their word. Today was my last straw, it’s literally 4:30 in the morning and I have THE MANAGER arguing with me, acting confused and saying their oven wasn’t broken yesterday like I’m making it up?? I’m done. I will never come back, and you shouldn’t either. Trust me :) go somewhere else!!!!
