- ALAl LopezMay 11, 20261.0This organization needs to train their employees, specifically it's local leadership to learn how to mitigate with its customers. On Mother's Day I came in early and ordered a dozen bagels to be placed in a carrier box and the woman who apparently was the Manager, initially refused to offer a box giving the excuse they needed box for online orders and would not have enough to place orders. When I insisted on having the box she had a temper tantrum and started talking in Spanish, which I understood slamming the box on the counter which startled the other team members and customers there. Totally unacceptable and poor customer service. I will no longer be purchasing any product from Manhattan Bagel. Either she gets restrained or dismissed. Horrible experience!
