This is especially true of a thin young man who works on Friday afternoons; he always serves the food cold—almost frozen. Furthermore, I often arrive at 7:10 PM, only for him to tell me that they stop serving food after 7:00 PM—even though they don't close until 8:00 PM. If they are going to be this rude to customers, they really shouldn't be working in customer service. He is very rude.

The wait time was miserable between both aspects. Although my choice to stay, I feel bad for that employee who had a deal with the chaos in the heat.
