- CJCool Cat JSep 17, 20262.0I’ve been a longtime customer and I frequently get iced coffee. The last 3 months or so I have noticed that the iced coffee is weaker than it used to be and tastes closer to milky water than it does coffee and I don’t get that much cream in it! They have a sign that they will remake if incorrect but how do you fix weak iced coffee?! So I don’t even bother. I throw it in the trash and go to another coffee place for another cup of coffee for the day which (outside of DD) is a complete waste of money and extremely disappointing. Please go back to making the iced coffee how you used to and I will come back more and spend my money here more often!

However, tonight I arrived at approximately 7:48 PM to purchase a coffee and was left sitting at the drive-thru while employees indicated through the window that they were closed. Assuming the drive-thru may have closed early, I went inside and was again told the store was closed. This was surprising, as the posted hours and website both state that the location closes at 8:00 PM, and it was not yet 7:50 PM. I understand that employees are eager to finish their shifts and complete closing tasks, but customers should still be served during posted business hours. I believe management should review this situation and determine why the store appeared to stop serving customers before closing time. As a loyal customer, it was disappointing to be turned away before the advertised closing hour.
