The Safeway (sister company in their conglomerate these years) "Signature"-branded products are usually good, and I have been rather impressed with the store-brand fresh baked goods.

The employees in the deli section need to be sent to a Publix or Trader Joe’s for some training …. it’s clear no one in management at this location knows anything about customer service. This is the second time that an order was falsely marked delivered and I received nothing. More infuriating is the fact that you assumed no responsibility. I spend thousands of dollars at your store, including a ridiculous amount of fees and ‘I’ have to do the work??? Calling back and forth between your store and the delivery company that YOU use? Unacceptable!! Interestingly, every time I do receive an order, pictures are taken. Suddenly, you don’t have those photos and neither does the delivery service. So where do those pictures go? You need to do a whole lot better than just saying you’re sorry and you can’t help me. I care for an ill spouse and you left me high and dry. Definitely considering another source for my needs.
