  I don't know what is wrong with the staff in here lately, but they are so rude. It is as if I am bothering them when I order my food, despite the fact that I am very polite and friendly. Most recently (5/17/26), they let my food sit on the counter while they waited 5+ minutes to cut more chicken. The chicken was cooked and ready to be cut and I was the only customer - but my food sat until it was cold. I had to ask for the order to be remade after the chicken was cut. I am so over the new staff here and their terrible attitudes and poor customer service.

  Spent over $60 on food and they couldn’t provide me with a complimentary water cup. Making me check out again to buy a cup to drink their tap water.

  Whoever runs this store needs to be fired immediately, the GM was literally arguing with me about sides, they absolutely do not care about customers at all and will do anything to save a few bucks! The store itself is dirty and they don't follow food safety standards. Beyond Disgraceful!

  I don’t normally write bad reviews but man this is not only the worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen but one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to period. When I got there the beans looked like they haven’t been stirred all day, they were completely dry and crusted over on the top. Like a hard, grey/light brown crust, absolutely no water that the beans are supposed to be in. Then when the guy came to refill them, he literally poured the fresh beans right on top on the old crusty beans and they still never stirred it! So you have a layer of hard, old crusted over beans, with the fresh on top. Absolutely disgusting. Those old beans should have been thrown out. I feel bad for any customers that may have gotten them after me. Then there was barely any rice so instead of getting more she scraped the absolute bottom of the pan, but they over cooked the rice so it was all stuck on the bottom. I should have just walked out but I didn’t want to be rude, but I knew from seeing the beans there was no chance I was going to eat anything from this store. I threw it out. Also the portions were so small even for a Chipotle. When I went to pay, the guy making the online orders came to the register with a bad attitude, no hello, no smile, not a word, and overall looked angry. This is embarrassing for Westfield.
