  My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged or assisted me, despite there being five employees on duty and the store being completely empty. There appeared to be no reason for such a long wait. In addition, the food looked as though it had been sitting out for an extended period of time, which did not inspire confidence in its freshness or quality. The staff also seemed disengaged and unmotivated, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the level of customer service and food presentation fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

  Not only do they consistently get my order wrong when I order the food, this location has some of the rudest staff I’ve met. Also, something has been going on with the queso where it is grainy and separating.

  We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this location. My children love Chipotle, and even they were shocked by how small the portions were. To make matters worse, my son had to step over a bin of garbage just to access the restroom. It was very concerning to see how poorly maintained this restaurant appeared to be. We were also charged extra for sides that we typically receive without additional cost at other Chipotle locations. Between the small portions, cleanliness concerns, and unexpected charges, this visit fell far below the standard we have come to expect from Chipotle. It is disappointing to see a restaurant that our family enjoys in such poor condition.

  I ordered a kids meal and usually do not have to ask them to fill up the already small portion of rice. So when I asked the worker to fill up the entire compartment, she responded I will have to charge you extra??? I have NEVER been charged extra for rice only protein... she responds we charge extra for rice at this location, WHAT??? in a kids meal??? I was so shock, needless to say this will be my first and last time coming to this location. Chipotle on route 22 in Watchung is elite and has exceptional customer service!!
