  This is the only Pizza Hut I go to. Order is always right,fresh and hot when I pick it up. Great job to the staff. Also very clean.

  I wanted to try and I ordered a meat lovers melt. I checked requesting to have pepperoni, italian sausage, beef, bacon, and ham. In notes I said, no pork please. Because I said no pork, the only item he gave me was beef. I never gave a thought of pork also being in all but the beef. Even though I requested all the other items, I think he should have called to verify what I actually wanted, but didn't call. He decided to give me just the beef. I went back to complain, that's when I was told there's pork in all except the beef. My view is why would I order a meat lovers, checking the items I wanted, saying just no pork. He did offer to redo my order, but I just asked for marinara sauce because I don't like ranch, and that he gave to me. I chose not to wait for a redo. I said I can eat the beef but it's dry without sauce. He was fine with giving me a container of marinara so I could eat it. I just really think since my phone number is required, he should've called me to verify if I wanted the other items. Lesson well learned for me! I probably won't order that again, I prefer regular crust, this was more like crackers.

  We stopped by on our way to DC and everything was good, clean restrooms, nice old school vive with actual paper towel roles. The women who took my order was kind and paid attention to my dietary restrictions. Would stop by again. Brought back memories from when we use to have pizza hut in CT, just missing the toy machines for 25 cents…

  This place is hit or miss, lacks any form of consistency. The worst thing is with so much competition from local pizzerias, you'd think Pizza Hut would step up, but I cant say they answered the challenge. Half the time the order is either incorrect or the food is not enjoyable. The other half of the time, its spot on. I felt the need to leave a review as this is the final straw, I'm tired of calling and addressing order issues. I ordered/paid for two large pizzas and received a large and a medium. The crazy thing is the printed receipt with the order is correct, it even has a section at the bottom that highlights an "accuracy check", and its was still wrong. Not sure how many more times I'm going to give Pizza Hut my health/money/time, but just know buyer beware, you get what you pay for here. I'd recommend looking up local pizzerias and giving them a go, unless you're feeling lucky.
