In that time I’ve watched two employees scream at each other, one walk out of the store, the other is MIA. I don’t think I’m getting my food. Only gave it two stars for the screaming match otherwise I’d just give it one star. At least I was entertained while not receiving my food.

I waited 30 minutes for a hot sandwich and it came to me ICE COLD, was never even heated, straight out of the fridge. Why would that take 30 minutes??? Staff has no clue what they are doing, no one was friendly or even seemed like they knew ehat they were making. Very bad, no way this place stays open.

When I arrived 10 minutes before noon on Sunday and asked for the tray, I was greeted with black stares. I spent the next 40 minutes waiting for the Super Deluxe tray to be prepared. Because I love their subs so much I will continue to buy from them, but will think twice before placing any catering order.

After 20 minutes I got a sandwich with less than 4 ounces of meat, 2 slices of cheese, and an ounce or two of spinach. The people working there have no idea what they are doing, food preparation or customer service. Im not going back.
