- ACAndrew CatalonApr 26, 20261.0I stopped here for dinner and then almost ended up in the hospital. When I arrived I ordered the you pick two with the Caesar salad and a tomato soup. I informed the cashier very very clearly that I have severe nut allergies, and I asked her to tell the chef about it. I got my food pretty quickly and then about half way through my salad I noticed a piece of a walnut. I immediately told the cooking staff that when I spotted a walnut in my food. When I told them they reacted very nonchalantly. After telling about the incident the just said “oh sorry”. I don’t think they understood how serious and life-threatening this could be. Thankfully I noticed this early before taking a bite, and luckily I had no reaction at all. When I got home I spoke to the manager and told her that this was very unacceptable, and she should retrain her staff and make sure they are dealing with allergies extra cautiously. I hope the manger listened to me, however I will not be back and if you have any food allergies please stay away!
