  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The service was nasty, the staff seemed careless, and the food was not prepared nicely at all. Everything looked rushed and poorly made. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting quality and good service, and this location seriously needs to do better.

  I was so excited to have Chipotle for dinner today as I haven't had Chipotle in years. Right off the bat, entering this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The place is dirty and unorganized. I stood in line and ordered TWO bowls, one for me one for my husband. As I'm waiting in line, I hear one of the employees tell the girl making my bowl (IN SPANISH) to ONLY USE THE SIZE OF THE SPOON to measure the amount of MEAT for the bowls. I then told the girl making my bowl to please put extra because the amount of meat was so SMALL, it seemed like the girl was afraid to go against the other employees demand to keep the portions small. I found this to be very deceptive, especially while saying this in Spanish. I then reach the cash register, and the hispanic woman WITH NO NAME TAG asks me, "anything else" with SUCH ATTITUDE. I politely ask her if i can take a bag of chips from the register, she completely ignores me and grabs one from behind and asks me again with attitude "ANYTHING ELSE?". I was already pissed off at that point. I pay for my meal and walk away only to realize there was only one bowl in my bag, I go back to the same girl and tell her I am missing a bowl. She says " open the bag and look" again, im already fuming due to her unprofessionalism and insane ATTITUDE towards me. I said to her again that I only had one bowl and she's looking at me CRAZY and tells me "ok well you're gonna have to get back in line and order it" UNBELIEVABLE. I HAD TO RE ORDER MY BOWL and she's just standing there, extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I can say what I really feel towards her, I definitely gave her a piece of my mind inside the store. Of course she did not say anything back to me, I know she definitely didn't want the smoke with me. I called Chipotle corporate and filed a complaint. This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH and by the way, the messed up my order completely. How incompetent. Get another job sis.

  This place is run down and dirty. They had a broken warming machine so numerous items one the menu were not available. They had employees who spoke no english at all and other employees who stand around doing nothing. The floors have holes. The food was not hot hot.

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I noticed they were putting very small portions of rice and beans for some customers, while giving much larger portions to others. It felt very inconsistent and unfair, and I saw this happening with multiple people while I was there. On top of that, the ingredients did not seem fresh at all. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve visited.

  Una experiencia totalmente desagradable el lugar totalmente sucio no hay personal para limpiar ni para la atención. Estuve aquí el sábado a las 8:50 cuando el negocio dice atender hasta las 11 P.M. el cual no está limpio. El personal no tiene ganas ni gusto de atender a sus clientes totalmente desagradable era un día lluvioso y el techo estaba en malas condiciones que los baños eran totalmente inundados. A pesar de eso la fuente de bebidas no probé la bebida que está en su etiqueta, no probé de hielo y los insumos necesarios para servirse la comida no están en su lugar, pésimo servicio, pésimo lugar
