  Very rude… I asked for hot sauce on side and he was very rude and did not give me hot sauce saying there is a big line. So I skipped the chips aswell.

  Wow, what else can I say that hasn’t already been mentioned? The service at this location has been consistently horrible. The first time I came here, a young lady gave me what looked like half a spoonful of protein—the smallest portion I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. When I politely asked if she could add a little more, she hesitated, frowned, and added only a tiny sliver more. My second and third visits were slightly better with different employees, but the overall attitude and customer service were still noticeably poor. On my fourth visit, I encountered the same young lady from my first experience, this time at checkout. She denied me a small cup for water, which was a first for me at Chipotle, so I asked for a bottled drink instead. To my surprise, she grabbed a warm bottle rather than a cold one and placed it in my bag without saying anything. When I asked if the bottle was warm and explained that I was eating in and didn’t want a warm drink, she responded with an annoyed attitude and yanked the bottle back out of my bag. She then continued the transaction with the same dismissive demeanor. I have honestly never been this disappointed with a Chipotle location. One poor interaction can happen, but after four visits and repeatedly encountering negative attitudes, this appears to be a larger customer-service issue. Management really needs to review service standards and how customers are being treated by the staff at this location. This level of behavior is unacceptable.

  I’ve never seen a bowl look this sloppy. The sour cream completely took over, and the meal looked unappetizing before I even picked up my fork.

  When I got home, my burrito was completely soggy. When you order, you're supposed to be asked which protein you want, and I told the gentleman making it that I wanted beef. Instead of confirming or talking to me at all while he assembled it, he built the entire burrito in silence — and he didn't drain the peppers, so a large amount of water sat in the burrito and soaked into the rice, beans, and tortilla the whole way home. By the time I got there, it was falling apart and mushy. Then, right at the end, he suddenly said, "Oh, you didn't get a protein?" I reminded him I'd asked for beef from the start. He said "oh yeah" and just dropped the beef on top of the already-finished burrito, he didn't remake it or fix the sogginess at all, so now I had a wet burrito with beef just sitting on top instead of mixed in properly. On top of that, the side options were limited, and what was available was hard to even identify. I couldn't tell what some of the sides were supposed to be, and none of it looked fresh. I also asked for queso and they didn't even have it. Overall it was a frustrating experience, the order wasn't followed correctly, the food was ruined by excess water, the sides looked questionable, and the fix for the missing protein wasn't really a fix at all. I won't be going back.
