- LALaura AuerJun 14, 20262.0This Chipotle used to be great. My kids love it so we’d stop in weekly. Lately the service has been abysmal. Long lines and workers who have absolutely no hustle. Any day or time it’s like this. No leader/manager in sight. Tonight the queso was chunky like cottage cheese and the tortilla warmer on the regular line was broken so they weren’t selling burritos. The warmer on the online side was fine so if I’d ordered online and waited half an hour then I could’ve had a burrito. They wouldn’t get a tortilla from that line or sell me a cold tortilla on the side. Out of steak. The chips were stale. The line was filthy even though they weren’t busy. We waited 5+ minutes after the food was made until we could check out because the cashier had disappeared into the back. The Bloomfield Ave location used to be the worse one but I think they’ve swapped places. Avoid this Chipotle if you can.

I’m gagging at the thought that I ate a few bites before realizing. Clearly it was rancid or off. My entire dinner just went in the trash and I’m out $30. Thanks Chipotle. Not sure how someone making the bowl would not have seen this?

It’s not a once in a while thing, it’s constant. The place is dirty and the employees are nothing but rude. truly the worst chipotle around. Don’t understand how they continue to never get in trouble. Whoever is running it, is doing a horrible job.
