The man working is always rude, spit on my car, yelled at me when I asked him if I could have my missing item and said I’m Not getting it I’ll have to come back another day since it was a mobile order they already scanned out. The drinks have mold in the bottom of the cups all the time, drinks are watered down and made poorly, food it either burnt or under cooked. The man working there as “manager” should Be fired.

When I got home I realized both donuts were hard. The coffee tastes burnt or old as well. Nothing there is fresh. I went here out of the convenience and proximity to WDHS but I will not be going back.
- KKKellyApr 7, 20261.0I have to drive to brooklawn Dunkin’ to get a cup of coffee. At crown point which is a 3 minute drive from me is either bitter burnt or bottom water. They offer almost no doughnut no pastries the dude who runs it there is rude. Since 2019, I try every couple months to get a cup of coffee there again and it’s still trash. It’s so annoying being this is my Dunkin’ Donuts. I have to drive either to Kings Highway or Brooklyn Circle to get a couple of coffee from Dunkin. I wish somebody would do something about this. What is wrong with your coffee
