- RSRiza SMay 27, 20261.0This used to be a good Dunkin’, but it has really gone downhill over the past few years. The staff is often unfriendly and tends to rush customers or has difficulty understanding orders. On one visit, I was even charged for something I didn’t order. They are sometimes out of key ingredients needed to make drinks, and the food often tastes overcooked or not fresh. There also seems to be a high turnover of new staff. They really need stronger management and better training in place.

Addicting ya know, so I'd go up there every day that I was there and they would do there best to make me one..I tippedd these guys every time.. I don’t live close to this location, but I’ll be willing to come back just for her macchiato. I recommend people come to this Dunkin' to have this macchiato.

Then the day before yeaterday since I was close to work stopped by because my app wasn't working the lady in register which is an older lady wasn't pleasant to get my order which I wasn't happy with that but this is a waste on writing because I have complained and no one has had the courtesy to send me a sorry for the inconvenience or any kind of contact. To bad this is the only dd close to work but maybe I need to drive the extra mile to quickchek or wawa and get better service. I dislike rudeness there is no need for that anywhere nor from the client or the person attending you.
