The employee she was Spanish on the bigger side who I think was the manger, who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being polite and helpful, they spoke to me with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful, even during busy times. I enjoy coming to Dunkin’, but this experience has made me think twice about returning to this location. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

The staff is often unfriendly and tends to rush customers or has difficulty understanding orders. On one visit, I was even charged for something I didn’t order. They are sometimes out of key ingredients needed to make drinks, and the food often tastes overcooked or not fresh. There also seems to be a high turnover of new staff. They really need stronger management and better training in place.
