  The staff here was extremely rude and disrespectful. All I did was ask simple questions, and instead of getting basic customer service, I was talked back to, specifically by the lady behind the register. On top of that, there was no change available when I only had cash for a drink. Then after just simply asking for a cup for water (which is supposed to be free) instead I was told the water wasn’t working, yet when I tested it myself out of the fountain it clearly worked. So why lie to a customer instead of simply being honest? Every other chipotle location i don’t have a problem so why this one. Is this seriously how the staff at this Chipotle is trained to treat customers? This also isn’t the first time I’ve been treated this way at this location. After today, I’m honestly sick of it. I will definitely not be coming back anytime soon, and based on the way customers are treated here, I get the feeling I’m not the only person who has had this experience. No wonder you guys have so many bad reviews. I’m not contacting anyone directly. This is the only time you’ll hear from me. Just fix your staff and start treating customers with some basic respect.

  There is not one nice employee working at this chipotle and it has been like this for years. I walk in with a smile, say my please and thank yous after every ingredient and the workers have been consistently rude, once again for years now. I have never been to an establishment that has employees who act in this way routinely. I’ve began to go to other chipotle's because of this such as the one in Wayne but it is very inconvenient. I think that having employees who have any other attitude that is not of the employees already working at this chipotle would improve the establishment immensely. The only workers who seem to be ever doing something besides being rude to the customers are the ones cutting the meat in the back. The rest of them just seem sad with their lives and take it out on their customers.

  This review is in real time. The cashier is on the phone. You have two people on to go orders while it’s 1 lady running the rail and it’s a line out the door. This is unacceptable.

  Ordered through the app. Went in to use the bathroom and it was nasty not even toilet paper but still used it cus I had to but went to get a few napkins but the toilet bowel was dirty itself. The place wasn't even packed so someone should be in charge to upkeep the place. Then I asked for a courtesy cup of water and they no longer do that come on. You should bring it back because a cup of water won't break you. And to top it all off my order was wrong which sucks because I wanted the 1/2 carnitas, 1/2 steak that I ordered and I didn't get my food right..

  I don’t know what’s been going on here the past two months, but they’ve consistently gotten my order completely wrong. The correct order is printed on the lid every time, but that’s not what’s packaged. Disastrous location. This time was a rice slapped with cheese in a bowl. Last time they sent a burrito. Both times the order was a quesadilla. And the time before that I watched the person putting the lids on move the same lid to three different dishes because they were clearly confused… I mean read the dish and not the name maybe. That time my dish was correct though. Add-On: It gets worse. I also ordered chips with queso blanco. There was a large chunk of chicken or some sort of protein in my queso blanco. So they’re slapping food all over the place in their kitchen.
