- ALAyden LucasJun 30, 20262.0While I have not had a negative remark on my orders from this location, some of the workers are very rude, especially the older gentleman with tattoos working the window. Seemed annoyed I was even there, while paying with apple pay he made repeated gestures for me to hand my phone to him (didn’t say a word) and once i got my drink he slammed the window in my face before I could thank him. Not my first negative experience with the customer service here either. I’ve been trying to avoid this location and only using the dunkin on the pike in berlin; has a much friendlier staff there than here.

I have had hash browns from other dunkins before and they tasted nothing like this. I don't know how they can get away with that. Just awful. Never will go here again.

The man who spoke with me taking my order started practically yelling at me. For no good reason the store owner or general manager just started raising his voice at me for simply asking a question about their menu. They were not even busy. They have an extremely unpleasant, unprofessional location here. I’ve came here many times due to working in the area and overall they have no sense of customer service and respect, but this was the straw that broke the camels back.
