I had asked for a beverage, the guy said they don't make it, I told him i always get it there, which is true. he said ok and took my money, then went behind a wall to make it. I asked again, and he reassured me it was the specific beverage. I started walking out and tasted it and knew it wasn't what I asked for. So, I asked for a refund. He gave me a hard time, but eventually did. It just really bothered me that he lied to me, even after reassuring me that it was what I asked for. He tried making excuses, but i can't trust anything they say. This is actually the second time they've lied to me about something, and both times they tried to argue with me. I'm a chef, i know what food and beverage are. This was the manager of the store, which makes it exponentially worse. If he's like this, how is he training his staff. This came in the heels of me walking in and overhearing him giving an elderly lady a hard time about a stinking coupon. If you enjoy DD great, go to another one. This manager should be fired. There's a wawa and a Starbucks just a few minutes down the road. But, that's just my experiences. Do better.
