  Update – May 9, 2026: Unfortunately, today’s experience with management was disappointing. I stopped by this location, as I have many times before, simply asking for a container of hot water for tea—something I’ve been accommodated with at other Dunkin’ locations and even while continuing to support this business as a paying customer. I completely understand businesses have policies and pricing, and I had no issue paying. When I was told there would be a charge, I was even willing to purchase a Box O’ Joe and pay extra. What disappointed me wasn’t the policy—it was the way the situation was handled. I felt dismissed, spoken to without much respect, and instead of feeling valued as a returning customer, I felt like I didn’t matter. This review is not directed at the hardworking employees who continue to do an amazing job. It’s directed at management, because customer service, communication, and how people are treated matter just as much as the product you sell. I truly hope this location reflects on that moving forward. ⸻ I also want to give a big shoutout to Marila at Dunkin’. She absolutely deserves a raise. She’s an absolute machine—handling the front under pressure all by herself, taking care of customers nonstop, and even managing my catering order without missing a beat. She stayed calm, efficient, and professional the whole time, delivering amazing service. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. Honestly, she could use more support back there because she’s doing the work of multiple people—but she still handles it like a pro. Great attitude, hardworking, and an all-around amazing person. Dunkin’ is lucky to have employees like Marila.

  🤮🤮🤮 One of the worse DD I’ve ever been to. From the cleanliness to customer service, coffee and the food. The manager is extremely rude she is always angry and really mean. The coffee taste like dirt as if the filters, machines have never been cleaned it’s gross the food yuck. Ordered a croissant plus Hash browns and it taste like old oil, threw it out. Rotten creamer packets were given, The donuts are always stale. I can go on and on. It’s a shame, it’s a convenient location. The owners really need to deep clean before somebody reports them to the health department

  They have my favorite Hot Chocolate. I don't know why but it's really good. So hoooot every time like fire 🔥😂. Just think they need to take care of cleaning
