  Blu on the Hudson has a great waterfront location with beautiful views and a lively, upscale atmosphere. The food was very good and overall we enjoyed what we ordered. The biggest drawback was the service, it was noticeably slow, especially for a restaurant at this price point. With a location and setting this good, more attentive and efficient service would really elevate the entire experience. Definitely worth visiting for the views and food, but hopefully the service improves

  Went in for some food and drinks for the first time the other night, and I can honestly say the service was amazing from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Sarafim, who introduced himself and made me feel welcome right away. He guided me over to a seat at the bar and introduced me to Narek, who took care of all my food and drink orders. Narek was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. The food and drinks were great, but the level of service really made the experience stand out. Throughout the night, Sarafim periodically came over to check in and make sure I was enjoying myself and that everything was going well. I really appreciated that because you don’t always get that kind of personal attention and hospitality, especially when a place is busy. Later in the evening, Armen also took care of me and continued the same level of amazing service. All three of them — Sarafim, Narek, and Armen — were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where you feel taken care of by the entire team rather than just one person. Between the great food, drinks, atmosphere, and especially the service, I had such a positive first experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend stopping in. Huge thank you to Sarafim, Narek, and Armen for making my first visit such a memorable one!

  I had my bridal shower here last Sunday and it was picture perfect. The cherry blossom private room worked so well with the cute connecting outdoor patio for pictures. Everyone was raving about the food and the team / service was incredible. Special thanks to David who went above and beyond to ensure my event ran seamlessly. He even helped my mom and I set up before it started while adding his own touch throughout to warm the ambiance with votive candles and other cute details. Highly recommend if looking for an event space as you will be in great hands / can just relax and enjoy your event knowing all is being taken care of.

  We went for dinner with a party of 8 and had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, manager Selvin was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, and he was incredibly accommodating when we needed to make some last-minute changes to our reservation. Our server, Brandon, was also fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations for both food and drinks. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the drinks were amazing as well! We had such a wonderful time celebrating with family and friends. The food, atmosphere, drinks, and service were all incredible. A special thank you to Selvin and Brandon for making our night so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

  Firstly the managers and food runners were amazing and warmly welcoming! Anthony was seriously one of the best servers I've had in a long time. He was so friendly from the moment we sat down and just had such a great personality. He made us feel comfortable right away, gave us some awesome recommendations, and was always checking in without being overbearing. The food at Blu on the Hudson was amazing. Anthony honestly made the whole experience even better. He was attentive, funny, and you could tell he genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It's little things like that that make you want to come back. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the views are gorgeous, and everything we ordered was delicious. If you're going to Blu, definitely ask for Anthony if you can. He made our night, and we'll definitely be back!
