  Excellent experience! The bagels were fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Definitely one of the best bagel spots

  The amount of time is takes to spread cream cheese on a bagel is insane. Delivery would take over an hour to an hour and half, at best. Decided today I would order ahead and pick it up myself… no changes. Ive been standing at the counter waiting for my order for 25 minutes while actively listening the stream of consciousness of one employee, only to be interrupted when other ask about the status of their order, then she states “oh we are short staffed today” then goes back to her thoughts on social media and Chanel bags.

  Clean place, great service, and delicious food! Everything was fresh and well prepared. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

  At my most recent visit, the service was atrocious. We ordered online and arrived after the estimated 20-minute wait, but still had to wait another 10 minutes for our order… it was one bagel sandwich and two coffees. The coffees were genuinely some of the worst I've ever had. They had an overwhelmingly burnt flavor, and we ended up throwing both of them away. Even worse than the food and wait, though, was the owner. While we were there, she was loudly berating one of her employees over a mistake. It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness and not how anyone should be treated. I've noticed the business responding to negative reviews by saying that "our staff is human," but that sentiment didn't seem to apply when she was speaking to her own employees. To top it off, she was also loudly complaining about a one-star review the store had received. Based on what I witnessed during this visit, I'd say that review was well deserved.
