- DBDarrelle BellMay 7, 20263.0I went out with my daughter for a mom and me lunch. I was sooooooo excited. We got there. We were seated pretty quick... and that was the end of the positivity... I believe they may have been short, so Ibwant to give the benefit... We have gone to other Outbacks in the past, so I was looking forward to the food. I hardly saw the hostess. We had to ask the person at the next table for ketchup for my daughter's burger and fries. If nothing else, I got the experience with my daughter. We laughed and said "we won't be back!"

However, I feel concerned about the professionalism and atmosphere at this location. On several occasions, I’ve observed behavior from a manager that made me uncomfortable. This included inappropriate comments, overly familiar interactions with servers, and conduct that did not seem respectful toward staff. It created an uneasy environment during my visits. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe in the brand and would like to continue coming back, but I also think it’s important that all employees—especially management—maintain a professional and respectful workplace. I hope corporate will take a closer look into this location and ensure that staff are working in a safe and comfortable environment.
