- TMTy ManningApr 22, 20263.0Is she a cashier, a cook, or the janitor? Anna M. Took my order, handed me my receipt then wiped the stainless steel prep counter with her hands. She grabbed the hamburger buns from the plastic bag then proceeded to rub them on the grill to warm them using the palms of her hands. She went into the office grabbed her cell phone and took two calls, came back and finished putting my order together. Typically I would have any issues with anyone doing any of the above, but if you're going to do all of those things, she should have changed her food prep glove several times. She did not change them once, not one time. Anna is gross! Who knows what else she does with those gloves on and then touches your food. 🤢 Hopefully management has a good talking to Anna soon.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
