  Im 8 months pregnant, standing up, not in anyone’s way, while feeding my 1 year old daughter food (she’s allergic to most foods she can’t eat just anything) and this worker comes up to us and says I can’t feed my daughter outside food since it’s not from Dave and busters. We come here every other week and just today alone spent $240 and he wouldn’t allow me to stand up and feed my one year old daughter her specific health food. He was aggressive and assertive and entitled. Never coming back. My daughter was crying the entire time cause he forced us to put it away or leave. We were minding our business not bothering anyone.

  Most of the games at this D&B’s are locked in. Games that are unplayable or unwinnable at other locations due to poor maintenance work like a charm here. On the flip side, some games are down a long time if they can’t get them up to their standards. Place is cleaner than most other locations. Food is typical.

  Everything was as we expected. In the best way possible - It was noisy and overstimulating 😂 but that’s the point! the kids had a great time and the adults had a bit of fun in the arcade too. Food was tasty and portions generous. Staff were helpful and friendly, for food service and in the arcade area. The whole place was clean and organised with plenty of space to move around.

  I watched a worker try to audition for a reality show by accusing some kids of stealing a broken game. The kids told him to show the security cams and the whole staff went completely mute. They knew they looked like goofballs. Please hire a new crew (and please make them look clean and civilized)

  My friends and I were having a great time until an employee who looked like he stumbled out of a dumpster falsely accused us of stealing a broken game. He then dragged another worker into it, claiming we broke it and tried to steal it. We literally asked them to check the security cameras, but they suddenly went deaf because they knew they’d look foolish. Please hire people with actual customer service skills (and maybe a hairbrush). 🙏🏿
