I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! We sat at the bar and had an excellent waitress who was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were both on point, and the service made the experience even better. Overall, a great visit, and I would definitely come back again!

Great service and food choices for whole family as well as a game package discount with some entries. Accommodating to all family sizes and ages (we had party of 12)

Had a promo (gift card) so my first time coming in years. Naomi at the register was super helpful in getting my card activated. We had 1 hour unlimited games and it was great! We came around 5 on a Friday and it was pretty empty but everything worked fine and clean bathrooms!

The service was extremely disappointing, my family and I frequent this dave and busters because we live so close. However today our server ilan was extremely inattentive. She was also extremely rude and condescending. Our family will not be going back anytime soon. This is all disappointing because our server mira, that we had last time was the complete opposite. She continuously was checking on our family to make sure we had everything we needed.

Ilan was very rude when I asked for her. The server gave me the wrong drink and she didn’t want to fix it so I called for the manager. She came out and gave me the worst attitude ever by rolling her eyes and being extremely disrespectful . This completely ruined my time there. I am expecting better service from this place!
