  Came here with my mom to have some classic mom and son time after 4 years. Spent $35 worth of points just for damn near half the games i liked to play gone. This dnb was just pure money grab games that are almost impossible to win and barely even give you tickets, most shooter games that me and my mom used to play gone or broken including the john wick game in which the gun used would always get jammed, or out of service, only about two shooter games actually worked. This dave and busters has really turned more into a scam rather than having fun with the manager(s)/owner saying they will improve 6 months ago and so far nothing has changed and start caring about their business a whole lot more. Really hope this place opens their eyes and locks in because it seems all the one star reviews are pretty consistent in terms of whats wrong with this place.

  Its a dave and busters dont expect Disney world, think chuck e cheese with a drinking problem. Staff and management dont seem to truly care about anything. Was told to throw out my drink on my way in, understandable that no outside food or drink is allowed inside. Yet the amount of metal water bottles that smell like alcohol is fine. After asking the management this question, they stated they cant make people throw out metal bottles. When I brought up they can be left in a car this manager had no response and walked away. Also who doesn't have malt vinegar for fish and chips?! Animals! Waitress was sweet, and food was ight overall. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

  I went into the family bathroom with my 2 sisters and brother and as we were in the bathroom someone knocked on the door and told us to open the door while my sister was using the bathroom when we opened the door it was security and the manager they then told us that we couldn’t be in the bathroom together and as we were trying to understand what was the issue they proceeded to tell us that we had to leave the manager was very rude about it and the security guard they were very misunderstanding and they treated us that way because we are young and african american i truly do not appreciate being treated weird because of my age and skin color after we spent money in there establishment 0/10 customer service and i do not recommend going there at a young age.

  First of all, the staffs were nice and helpful. HOWEVER, there are some flaws that ruined our experience. Many game machines were too old and beyond repairable condition that a game mechanic had to come and help so many guests with several machines. There are few individuals who are regulars and hoarding on certain "ticket earning" games. I was there for 2+ hours, and there was this particular couple that basically blocked me from even playing a currently unused games with petty lies ("its broken) and physical blocking.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience My family of 6 visited Dave & Buster’s in Wayne, NJ tonight, Friday, August 7th, and unfortunately, the entire dinner experience was disappointing from beginning to end. From the start, the host completely ignored me. Once we were seated, things did not get any better. The tables were dirty, which immediately made the experience unpleasant. Even worse, the supposedly “clean” plates that were placed on the table for our appetizers were dirty as well. At that point, I was already questioning the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. We then experienced an extremely long wait for both our food and drinks, despite this being a fully staffed establishment. I understand restaurants can get busy, but this went far beyond a reasonable wait. What made it even more frustrating was seeing staff members joking around while customers were waiting an unreasonable amount of time for service. Our server was also extremely inattentive. We essentially only saw him once at the beginning when he took our order. When the food finally started coming out, there were multiple issues. The food was extremely salty, and approximately 20 minutes later, the remainder of our order came out. To make matters worse, my mother’s drink came in a cup that had a large crack and an actual chip missing from the rim. How something like that made it to a customer’s table is beyond me. It should have been caught before the cup ever left the bar. Then came another major issue: when the rest of our food arrived, our server brought out a completely different order. I was shocked because we had specifically confirmed our order. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the server tried to tell me that we had not confirmed the order. That was extremely frustrating and came across as dishonest and unprofessional. Overall, this dinner was disappointing, disorganized, and honestly disastrous. Between the host ignoring us, dirty tables and dirty “clean” plates, the excessive wait times, the lack of attention from our server, the incorrect food, the extremely salty meals, and a visibly damaged drinking cup being served to my mother, there were simply too many issues to overlook. I came here expecting to have a fun family night out, and instead, the dinner portion of our visit completely ruined the experience. I would not order food from this location again. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness, food quality, service, and overall attention to customers at this location. This experience was unacceptable, and our family will not be returning for food.
