  STAY. AWAY. FROM THIS LOCATION. Just had a burrito from here thru mobile order and it was COLD. It is absolutely the most DREADFUL Chipotle around. Service is always. ALWAYS. extremely slow. Food is cold more often than not. The line is always extremely long because it takes 10 minutes per person basically. Not sure who runs this place but they need to lose their job IMMEDIATELY.

  1000% worth driving to the Ramsey location (or anywhere else) instead of coming here. The staff is actually annoyed that people show up. They starred at me for 10 mins before looking for my pickup order. Then told me they gave it to someone else so they had to remake it. Then took 30 mins to remake it. And it wasn’t even busy! Everyone working there operates like they’re on Xanax, they move soooo slow it’s like they’re floating. I thought I was in a time warp. It’s genuinely the strangest thing I’ve never seen any restaurant act like this. If you plan to go to this location, expect to wait ~45 mins for your order (and that’s assuming it’s empty). I recommend going to Ramsey instead! That location moves quick!

  I purchased Chipotle today, Friday, September 18, 2026, and this is the second time this location has given me stale chips. Customers pay good money for their meals and then have to pay extra for chips, so there’s no excuse for serving stale food. To management: the chips need to be replaced, and the expiration dates need to be checked before they are given to customers. If the chips are stale, they should not be served to the public. This is very disappointing and needs to be addressed. I will also be contacting Chipotle headquarters because this has become a continuous cycle, and it needs to stop.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. There were about six employees there, and almost all of them were either standing around or sitting down doing absolutely NOTHING while ONE employee was basically running the entire store by herself. The one employee who was actually working was serving a line that was practically out the door, restocking ingredients, and trying to keep everything moving while everyone else stood around. She deserves recognition because she was genuinely doing the work of an entire team. I had already PAID for my online order and waited at the restaurant for over 30 minutes. They had run out of both rice and chicken, and every time I asked about my order, the workers would just say “I don’t know” What made the experience even more disgusting was the employees' behavior once they realized I was complaining about the lack of service. Two of the men literally started smiling and laughing in my face. Imagine paying for food you never receive, waiting over 30 minutes, watching employees sit around while one person does everything, and then having those same employees laugh when you complain about it. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable. And after ALL of that, I never received my food OR my refund. I contacted Chipotle Customer Care afterward thinking they would at least correct the situation, and that was useless as well. So now I have to contact my bank and go through the process of disputing the charge for an order Chipotle took my money for and never gave me. I also have photos and videos documenting what was happening in the restaurant. This location seriously needs to be investigated by management and corporate. I've never experienced this level of poor service and blatant disrespect at any place before. The only positive thing I can say is that the ONE employee actually working deserves recognition. Everyone else working that shift should seriously be addressed by management.

  All of the bad reviews are right. Wait time is horrible, every single staff member genuinely seems like they have no idea what's going on. Mobile ordered through the fast lane 20 minutes prior to arriving, and upon arriving there was a line of cars waiting and we were sitting there for over half an hour waiting for our order. When we finally got to the window there were three employees in the mobile ordered through area and when we told them the name for the order they look extremely confused, looked at every single order they had completed and told us to wait a minute. We saw through the window they picked up our bag, unwrapped both of our burritos and threw them out. They told us they had to remake them. And instead of remaking them right away considering we were sitting there for half an hour, they continued to make other orders and we had to wait an additional ten minutes for two burritos. We even had to go inside to pick them up so they could give out the other mobile orders. When we were inside there was one employee in the front making everything while another woman was standing off to the side by the register not helping whatsoever. When we went over to the counter to pick up our food, the woman at the register did not even acknowledge us, one the gentleman from the drive through eventually saw us and handed over our food without another word. When we finally got them, they were a mess. I couldn't even eat my burrito, it had to be unwrapped and eaten with a fork from how poorly and overly stuffed it was. There were also sauces and sour cream smeared all over the side of the burritos. Impossible to eat. Will never come back to this location and I don't understand why nothing has changed if Chipotle is aware of these terrible reviews and these were months ago. Do better Chipotle. This location is absolutely horrible and a shame for how busy of a location it is.
