    I’m a frequent Chipotle customer and today the customer service I had today was terrible. I was the only car waiting on the drive-through for my order which was ready almost 10 minutes ago, and I also had confirmation through the app that it was indeed ready. I know some of you are thinking; well the store was probably busy there was a lot going on etc… but no, that’s not the case at all the restaurant was practically dead and as a frequent customer, this was very far from it being busy for them. After waiting a little over 10 minutes a new looking employee handed me my order and I told the employee “thank you so much and have a great day!” (Not sarcasm, genuine) She proceeded to respond with “mhm” As I was putting my car gear on drive and she was looking at me I said “thanks again, have a great day” and she responded again with “mhm” These are the type of people who give this place a bad rep. Customer service goes a long way..

    This location absolutely sucks. Every time I pick up they are rude. I am always disappointed with picking up from here. But this last time it’s too much - the chips are always totally inedible. Corn salsa is like frozen, no joke and the queso is like curled. Oh and the queso literally is just congealed nastiness. This photo was 5 minutes after I picked up the order, it wasn’t sitting there.

    I normally don’t leave negative reviews anywhere but this place is so insanely bad. This past weekend, I got two bowls and there were lids to salsa cups buried in not one but *two* of the bowls we ordered (photos attached). This is disgusting and feels like a health hazard. This is foreign object contamination. It also feels somewhat suspicious given it’s in two separate bowls. Additionally, they don’t know how to effectively pack the bags and bowls (stacking 4 half open bowls in a single bag) so they leak and ruined the inside of my car (photos attached). I’ve been to so many chipotle locations over the years and this is by far the worst one. This location has an average 2-star google review, which tracks. Additionally, chipotle corporate makes it almost impossible to contact any representative to address incorrect orders, issues, or even the ability to speak with restaurant management themselves, instead forcing customers to talk to their “Pepper” AI chatbot. They incorrectly claim resolution of issues that have not been resolved, which is a deceptive business practice. After I let them know about the damage to my car, no one reached out offering any kind of resolution or refund. It is upsetting that Chipotle never followed up with remediation, which makes this an unresolved property damage claim with failure to provide any avenue for resolution.

    Absolutely horrible experience at Chipotle today. I waited 15 minutes past my pickup time for my order, finally got home, and realized the entire bowl was completely frozen. Not cold — frozen solid. I called the store multiple times and nobody answered, so I had to drive all the way back. Then I had to wait in line again just to speak to a manager. Instead of apologizing, the manager rudely told me “it’s supposed to be frozen because the line needs to stay cold.” My food is NOT supposed to be frozen. That’s disgusting, unsanitary, and honestly concerning. When I explained I was uncomfortable eating it, the manager responded with attitude and said, “Do you want me to remake it?” At that point, I didn’t even trust the food enough to want another bowl because I was genuinely worried about getting sick. Terrible customer service, terrible food quality, and a complete waste of my time and money

    0 stars if I could. The staff never fails to disappoint me every single time I come here. I have genuinely never seen employees act like they hate their jobs as much as the people at this location do. Instead of being greeted respectfully as a paying customer, I’m constantly met with attitude, criticism, and rude comments for absolutely no reason.Every visit feels like an inconvenience to them. The customer service is terrible, the atmosphere is miserable, and the employees make it painfully obvious they do not want to be there. It’s honestly impressive how consistently unfriendly and unprofessional this place manages to be. A simple order shouldn’t come with eye rolls, attitude, and disrespect. Management seriously needs to retrain the staff or replace them entirely because this location is embarrassing to the brand. I work at two different restaurants myself, so I completely understand how stressful and annoying the job can get. That still doesn’t excuse the way these people treat their customers every single time. Do better.
