  "Such a rude attendant! I went to pick up my own order, and she asked me to confirm it as if I were a DoorDash driver. They don't know the difference between someone ordering through the app to pick up their own food and a delivery driver. And then she started yelling inside the store."

  There always understaffed and the vibe is always like a high school cafeteria. Why is there 2 people making food for pickup and only 1 person making food in dining? You need 2 + 1 on register. I gave up and left after waiting 10 minutes with the line barely moving.

  This is the slowest and dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been. All the ingredients were cross contaminated, there was cheese and corn in the green salsa, ingredients all over the counter in front of the workers. My container had so much stuff on it from debris on the counters it was hard to handle. The workers were so slow and not attentive at all - they’d ask you to choose an option, you’d tell them your choice, and they’d look immediately at the ceiling or at each other chit chatting and not paying attention to what they’re doing. They also had ingredients all over their gloves, if you were allergic to any of the ingredients I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating here. The bathrooms were also not stocked with paper products and the entire floor was soaked. Do not recommend this place, it’s honestly such a shame sine chipotles are usually a solid option for a quick meal. Highly disappointed. Also, see the picture for the piece of plastic I found (and almost accidentally ate) that was in my bowl. Not a good experience at all.

  I went in person to place an order since ordering on the app is always a disaster. I had a reward for free guacamole and I noticed it didnt come off my order after scanning it. I asked the cashier and she said I was supposed to tell her. Okay cool no issues I told her I wasnt aware so she calls over her coworker who adjusts the order and tells me to scan. The issue is the cost never went down. I told them that and they said it was because I got chips. I didnt want to sit there and argue with them so I paid. I asked for my receipt and they told me they already threw it away (2 seconds after I paid). I recreated the order on the app and sure enough I was over charged and my guacamole was in fact not free. They really need to get it together with the staff in this location.
