- AVAna VegaAug 21, 20261.0I stopped by this Chipotle on today-Friday around 2:00 PM, and unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant was extremely disappointing. Before placing my order, I needed to use the restroom—and I’m honestly glad I did because what I saw immediately made me question whether I wanted to eat there. The bathroom was filthy, the garbage was completely full, the floor was wet, there was no toilet paper, and the odor was so bad that I was completely turned off. As I walked toward the counter, I noticed the dining area was in similar condition. The tables were dirty, the floor needed serious cleaning, and all four garbage cans were full and overflowing. At that point, I could not bring myself to eat there. This is more than just an unpleasant experience—it raises serious cleanliness and health concerns, especially for a restaurant serving food to the public. I strongly recommend that Chipotle’s upper management make an unannounced visit to this location to see firsthand what is happening when management isn’t expecting them. Customers should not have to walk into a restaurant and see conditions like this. I hope someone from Chipotle takes this review seriously and addresses the sanitation and cleanliness issues at this location.
