- EBemely bernalApr 11, 20261.0I was there Wednesday and my food wasn’t good I spoked to the manager in charged and he was like out of it like he took something and couldn’t give me any solutions about my food didn’t gave me a refund or didn’t even try to remake my order. Went back on Friday and it was a different manager I spoked to him about it he was really nice and helpful and the food was great he made sure he made it himself and apologized for the inconvenience caused on Wednesday. If you guys go to Charlie’s or wetzel pretzel make sure Javier is there cause if is the other manager (which he didn’t gave me his name) your food and service are going to be disgusting
