  Always a great experience at this location and truthfully after night it couldn't get any better! I used to frequent the Secaucus location however over time the order would be incorrect,they were always out of what I wanted. Then I found this location, the staff has always been so fast, efficient, friendly, exchanges smiles, jokes, and the best part is consistency. Coming to this location I'm confident my order will be warm, what I want and I'll enjoy it; gratefully there's never been any uncertainty. Even with this location being so busy,tends to be long lines, the staff does it very well, *everytime* even when asking for napkins or forks that are empty, they promptly fill them in. Tonight I had the privilege to be served by Luigi who asked me how I was doing and even better he actually listened to how tired I was and how my day went. Human connection can be a rarity these days, however there was Luigi, listening, giving eye contact and being kind. He saw how tired I was and actually made my night even better by offering my bowl complimentary on the store. I mean wow!! This restaurant is already great, clean, fast, always prepared and tonight I had the honor to be given free dinner- which ends up being my only meal for the day. Thank you Luigi for being kind, seeing me and feeding me #bestbowlever 1000% recommend this location and staff All other Cavas need to follow by Luigis example

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time ever going to CAVA, and I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I went in thinking it would be pretty straightforward, kind of like Chipotle, but once I saw all the different options and combinations, I was completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, Byrn was there and genuinely gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He walked me through basically the entire menu, explained the different options, helped me figure out what I would actually like, and guided me through building my whole order without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a pain. I genuinely don’t think I would have enjoyed my first experience at CAVA nearly as much without him. He basically had to guide me through the process like a child 😂, but he did it with such a positive attitude that what started out feeling overwhelming ended up being super easy and enjoyable. I really wish more restaurants and dining establishments had employees like Byrn. Someone who actually cares about helping the customer and making sure they leave happy makes a HUGE difference, especially when it’s someone’s first time there. The food was great, but Byrn’s customer service is what really made the experience stand out. Definitely earned the five stars and made me want to come back. Give this man some recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Such a great dinner options, I was able to try multiple new foods in one place. Jeshica, Liana, and Sharif have extraordinary customer service skills and we're very patient with me. Accommodating my indecisiveness and dietary restrictions, allowing me to leave highly satisfied and looking forward to treating a friend.

  Came in today and wasn’t sure what I wanted the staff made it easy for me telling me what’s best and what toppings should go with each. All around great service and great atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

  The food, build your own bowl with salmon, was delicious. The staff were friendly and quick. The atmosphere inside was to be expected as far as noise levels but the air in the space was not well ventilated and it made me throat scratchy breathing in the air, especially when the staff was grilling.
