  My first time visiting CAVA, the food was good, vibes were chill and we had the best experience with the staff. Shout out to Ivelisse!

  Came in my uniform and they denied me a first responder discount. I was able to get one at the Jersey City and East Brunswick location but this one denied me, saying EMS does not count

  This is coming from my past few experiences - their online ordering sucks; while you get your order in no time, it's completely messed up. I ordered a half grain half greens bowl, and always order the dressings on the side. However, I did not receive my dressing at all. Twice. Also, whenever I order online, my portions are extremely small which is a bit disappointing considering the fact that I'm paying $15 for a bowl half empty. Place is nice, but too crowded to eat inside (in my opinion). But aside from that, their food is pretty good.

  I had a great experience thanks to the cashier Darle. Everybody was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked up. They handled everything quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to be kind. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and they made my visit much more enjoyable. Employees like this truly make a difference. Thank you for the outstanding service!
