  i placed a takeout order which had a pickup time for 9pm. i arrived to the store at 9pm, where there was no one at the desk. finally, a guy came out around back, looking completely disheveled and lost. he was barely able to formulate a sentence, gave people the wrong bags, answered the phone mid-conversation with customers… just a mess. needless to say, i finally got my meal at 9:48 PM… 48 minutes past the pickup time they provided me. i missed half of my movie at the theatre because of how long this took. when i finally settled in and opened my bag, my potato wedges were missing and my 10 piece wing order had only 6. the last nail in the coffin is i tried to reach out to customer service for a refund for such a terrible experience and missing items - no one has gotten back to me yet. this is the worst bww i’ve ever been to.

  The service in atmosphere were great on UFC night. My server was Amanda she was very helpfull and kind. The place went crazy when Strickland won.

  Came here for a company dinner. First you tell us because we were a party of nine that you can’t split the check. Never have I ever gone to a restaurant where you can’t split the check. It’s not hard…. Not for nothing but you may have made a killing. What would have been harder? Serving nine different tables at once? Or having all sit together and splitting the check. One of our party members had to wait over 20 minutes while everyone else got their food. I personally had to ask twice for sauce that I was supposed to get. Though I love how the server placed the sauce down all fancy like… I should not have to ask more than once on a slow night. Please don’t tell me it’s harder to split the check… I’ve worked in the food service industry before. You team is just lazy.

  I wish I can post pictures. There was hair in my food. They do not wear hair nets while cooking your food. I let my waitress know. They wanted to remake my food, like I still have an appetite after discovering a long strain of hair. With all of that, all they offer was a $5 voucher for my next visit. I guess that was supposed to make me happy? I Will NOT be going back. I also called corporate on this behalf.

  Terrible experience. The Willowbrook Buffalo Wild Wings is honestly one of the worst locations I’ve been to, and it somehow keeps getting worse every time. If you’re planning on coming here, just know you’re basically planning on wasting your money. You’re better off making a FanDuel account and gambling instead. At least that’s more enjoyable than eating here. What makes it even worse is that this was a Thursday night and the restaurant was basically empty. There were plenty of waiters around, so I genuinely don’t understand how the service could be this bad. Our server, Chanel, was nowhere to be found most of the time. She never mentioned the BOGO offer herself, and we only found out about it after asking. It was also supposed to be unlimited apps, but she didn’t come back to ask if we wanted another round. We had to call her over ourselves. And don’t even get me started on the timing. It takes about 45 minutes just to get one order. So if you actually want to enjoy the unlimited apps, make sure you set aside a good 8 hours of your day. Simple things kept going wrong. My friend ordered a Shirley Temple and didn’t get cherries twice. Meanwhile, people around us with other servers were getting cherries in their drinks, so I don’t know what we did to deserve that. And the food was horrible. The queso was so watered down it was basically inedible. I have had thicker soup. The chips were absolutely covered in salt. Look at the pictures. It is ridiculous. I literally had to wipe the salt off the chips with a napkin just to eat a few. Completely inedible otherwise. I could not even get a refill because she never came back, and I was just sitting there thirsty the whole time from all the salt. The wings were not any better either. They tasted off and definitely not fresh. Overall, the entire night was ruined. Bad service, wrong orders, low quality food. I will not be coming back to this location again. If anything, I will go out of my way to the Secaucus one instead.
