  The employees didn’t speak English, totally messed up our order and overcharged us. Skip this 5 guys and go to a different one

  I went here for the first time in a few years because one of the students in my class got a job here. The food was delicious, the fries were plentiful, the buns were toasted amazingly.

  Came in at about 630 on Memorial day. Placed an order for a burger, fries and a shake. The cashier seemed very confused when I asked for an extra patty on my burger as if it was a crazy request. Then I received a receipt longer than anything I've even gotten from CVS and went to sit down to wait for my food. After a few minutes my number was called and I was given my bag and the guy walked away to go back to prepping orders. No shake.... I had to wait for him to return to point that out and he just said "it's on the way." Well why am I being handed half my order then? It was not in fact on the way as within another couple of minutes there were now 3 of us waiting for milkshakes while no one was tending to the machine. At the same time, 2 people are waiting for their food while already having received their shakes. So now my burger is getting cold while I'm waiting at least 10 more minutes after being given my burger before the cashier starts to make anyone's shakes... and not in any sort of order either. He seemed to pick up orders at random and somehow even though mine was the lowest number, I got my shake last. So i finally have all my food and as I'm heading home I grab some fries from the bag... and they are half cooked. It's been a while since I've been to a Five Guys, maybe this is just the style of fry they serve. They are soft and mushy with zero crisp to them. They are almost the consistency of boiled potatoes. Maybe the worst fries I've had in my life. I understand it was a holiday, but if you can't staff the store properly, don't open up. Better to be closed than give poor service. Your neighbor Honeygrow seemed to have done that since they were in fact closed that day, as were many other dining establishments I looked at before settling on this location. I think it'll be a few more years before I give them another chance.

  They always get mad and run out of whip cream but don’t tell u when u order on DoorDash. This is the worst location always got an attitude here especially the manager

  Horrible customer service every time we order from here. Workers arguing behind the counter, the constant attitude when you ask for you drink cups and god forbid you order milkshakes. They didn't event mix them this time. Waited 45+ minutes after telling them i was there & the scheduled pick up time bc they could be bothered to let me know my order was ready or to call my number. Its sad bc when they first opened the owners really seemed to care about customer service. I guess not anymore.
