- U*insert username*3 days ago1.0This place used to be my go to spot. But as of recently this place has been a flop. Id much rather drive the extra mile and go to the one in North plainfield. Everytime I go in there to pick up my online order I get glares from the workers. Especially the Hispanic lady. I order the same thing every week and as of recently the coffee has been tasting bad. Save yourself the headache and go to another Dunkin.

- OAOmer AslamSep 12, 20261.0I visited this Dunkin' Donuts recently and was really disappointed. The store itself looked nice and modern, but the service was extremely slow and poor. The employee making sandwiches was talking on the phone while wearing a food-prep glove, then continued using that same glove to prepare food without changing it or washing his hands. This is a serious food safety and hygiene violation. Combined with the long wait, it made for a frustrating visit. I won't be returning to this location until they address these issues.

My coworker passed by picking up my dunkin order before work but accidentally grabbed the wrong order since there were two order’s under Jennifer D. We didn't realize until she got to work that it was wrong , so I went back myself to let them know what happened. When I got there I spoke to Soya who then started yelling at me along with another worker over a simple mistake that someone else had made. She also then proceeded to speak about me to another colleague in another language. They argued with me for about 5 minutes with other customers around & I honestly felt so embarrassed.

She took it, but when she got to work, she realized it was the wrong Jennifer D’s order. Her coworker went back to the store and apologized. She was met with complete attitude from the staff. They asked why someone would take a drink that wasn't theirs. It was clearly an honest mistake and they apologized. They kept arguing and going back and forth with her in front of customers, then proceeded to speak another language about her. This is not the first time we have dealt with this from the staff at this Dunkin'. They are constantly yelling at each other in front of customers and arguing with customers.
