- PRPenn RentalsMay 10, 20261.0The big guy must be the owner or related to the owner. Otherwise, I honestly don’t understand why he’s still there despite all the bad reviews about his rude attitude. He doesn’t even seem to bother trying to change. He might be the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered.
- MPMadeline PayneMay 9, 20261.0Ordered a black cup of coffee and they gave it to me scalding hot. No sleeves. No other suggestions for how not to burn my hands off handling their hot cup. I asked for a second cup to sleeve the coffee with, a common request, something a lot of dunkins have done without being prompted. The person helping me was about to give me one when the drive thru person said "no. charge." When asked what she meant, she just said "charge." Apparently it's standard to charge $1 for an empty cup. When they had no other ways to solve the problem. The place was dirty and the service poor. Locally owned might be a good thing, but not if it's owned by her. 0 stars for the customer service.

Associate gave me a new cup, coffee was cold, let associate know, she began to prepare a new batch of coffee, I was in a rush and requested a refund instead, she said no refunds, so I waited an extra 5 min, and the donuts I ordered are stale, will not be coming back.

When I asked him if he could, please put extra almond milk in the drink, he refused and said this is how the drink is supposed to be. Save yourself a trip to this Duncan and go somewhere else. If you’re going to spend five dollars on a drink, at least make sure you get what you want.

Caffienated and happy! Quick service, and kind staff.
