I asked for a second cup to sleeve the coffee with, a common request, something a lot of dunkins have done without being prompted. The person helping me was about to give me one when the drive thru person said "no. charge." When asked what she meant, she just said "charge." Apparently it's standard to charge $1 for an empty cup. When they had no other ways to solve the problem. The place was dirty and the service poor. Locally owned might be a good thing, but not if it's owned by her. 0 stars for the customer service.
