I wish I didn't have to write this but it is disgusting and not how a store should be worst dunkin I ever gone to I dont know how they have passed an expectation how dirty and disgusting it is in there.

I am tired of spending hard-earned money for subpar service and a mediocre product. Here are the main issues: Horrible Customer Service: The staff's attitude is consistently poor. During the morning rush, three employees would rather stand around doing nothing or prioritize random tasks—like putting beach towels away—than help the customers waiting in line. Unacceptable Wait Times: While trying to get my daughter to school, I waited 15 minutes for just two basic drinks and a croissant. None of these were specialty items. Careless Preparation: They routinely overfill the cups to the point where hot liquid spills everywhere, even with the lid securely fastened. I’ve learned that the same ownership runs the Barnegat and Forked River locations, so I will be avoiding those at all costs as well. I will not be stopping here anymore. On top of it even my coffee sucks. I don’t even know if they put the cream of sugar in it like I asked, but it doesn’t taste like Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. I watch them not even use a spoon on drinks anymore. Why the heck am I paying so much for a drink if they can’t even start cream and sugar. I will not be going here anymore.
