- KLKristina LMay 7, 20262.0I ordered a burrito bowl with guac &chips online. When I got to the store to pick up I saw that the guacamole was browning - I mentioned this to the service member asking for a different one. He declined my request saying they were all like that but it was fresh. When I got home you can taste that the avocado is spoiled and the chips were stale. The burrito bowl was also mediocre with the rice sticky and in clumps. Prices are increasing, but the quality of food is absolutely horrible!

I arrived to the Voorhees chipoltle at 1045 and showed the cashier my catering confirmation. She responded "for 11am right" and walked away. 11:24 the young manager walked over with my catering order. I was not reassured that my food was coming- no offer to take something off the bill or a free add on. I was 24 minutes late for an important presentation I was speaking at. I looked unprofessional and under prepared. I do not recommend using this chipoltle for any catering events that are time sensitive. I am still mortified by my lateness
