I showed up at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and was told "today we're all out of chicken and steak", which are the two things I always order for my burritos at Chipotle's - needless to say, I turned around and left. WHY are so many Chipotle restaurants completely unable to keep up on ingredients? The whole chain has gone downhill as they've added more and more ingredients to the menu - obviously too much for the staff to manage.

When I got to the store to pick up I saw that the guacamole was browning - I mentioned this to the service member asking for a different one. He declined my request saying they were all like that but it was fresh. When I got home you can taste that the avocado is spoiled and the chips were stale. The burrito bowl was also mediocre with the rice sticky and in clumps. Prices are increasing, but the quality of food is absolutely horrible!
