  I picked up 2 mobile orders from here 9/4/26 at around 10:50pm only to go outside and check the food and both mobile orders were missing my blue cheese and 1 order missing corn. I go inside to let the employee know who is a heavy set caucasian women with black hair and glasses and get responded to with pure ratchetness and attitude because they forgot 2 sauces and my corn I paid for. All while my chicken and fries are getting cold waiting 10 mins while she says slick remarks to coworkers and playing on her phone while I’m waiting for 3 missing items. This employee is a liability to get hurt working with her disrespectful mouth and doesn’t deserve to be anybody’s customer service

  Ordered $40 worth of food, got one box of with 8 wings in it. Got very rudely told that I was lying and that their manager and cook double checked it and that I could bring it to have them look at it. I had it delivered because we have babies at home. We get told in the most ghetto, rude, way possible that we’re liars. Whoever was answering phones at 9:47pm on 9/4/26 was extremely nasty (Gabriella were pretty sure). We were even willing to drive out to correct their mistake. Update: GM reached out and was very helpful and fair in resolving the issue. The food we did get was of good, it’s unfortunate when you have employees who don’t represent your values. We appreciate the way it was handled immediately, we will be giving it another try based on the conversation we had with the wonderful GM.

  Asked for extra ranch, payed for extra ranch, never got ranch. The wings were also kinda cold.
