  I don't know if this is the worst McDonald's in the world, but it's definitely on the list. Zoom in on that photo I took of my double cheeseburger. I have no idea what those small black dots are on this bun and I'm hoping managment reaches out to explain it to me.

  Today (April 14, around 6:00 PM), I went to the McDonald’s drive-thru to place an order, but my experience was very disappointing. At the second window, the staff member (a white girl) behaved rudely and did not communicate properly. I clearly stated my order, but instead of giving me what I asked for, I was given the wrong items. I understand that my accent may be a little different, but that does not justify rude behavior or not listening carefully to a customer. Every customer deserves respect. If needed, you can check your drive-thru recordings to verify what I ordered and how the situation was handled. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide proper customer service training to your staff to ensure this does not happen again. Such experiences negatively affect the brand’s reputation. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action.

  had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. The drive-thru employee with a 🧑‍🦲beard named Qwashawn was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I tried to place a simple order, but he kept cutting me off and didn’t even give me the chance to finish speaking or mention a basic customization.When I politely asked to remove mustard and onions, he snapped back with ‘you should’ve told me that before’ in a condescending tone. When I addressed his attitude, there was no apology just MORE attitude.If someone cannot handle basic customer interaction with respect, they should not be in a customer facing role. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on this location. I will be taking this further with corporate. Completely unacceptable.
