I know they get old bagel for cheap somewhere because I’ve tried dunkin bagel at other locations and they are soft. I see a lot of bad reviews from this dunkin and nothing gets done. We are paying customers! I think the dunkin franchise should look into this because we are all paying customers! We’re gonna call the consumer affairs and health department. This is not the first time.

I ended up wanting a small so that was an issue. Then I find out that they just gave me a regular chocolate glazed donut. I was irritated
