  Please train your employees better. The location is very small, which seems to be causing confusion among the staff and making the experience frustrating for customers. I had one employee tell me to pull forward, while another young employee holding my drinks suddenly yelled, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” He stood there as if he expected me to back up to get the drinks, even though there was already a car behind me. The communication between the employees was clearly not coordinated. What made the experience even worse was the attitude afterward. Even after I said thank you, the employee continued rolling his eyes and making a face of disgust toward me. Customers should not be treated this way, regardless of how busy or confusing the location may be. If this level of service continues, you are going to lose customers. I understand that many of your employees may be high school students, but they still need to be properly trained in communication, customer service, and how to handle situations professionally.

  First day open! I was very excited!! I pulled up and watched the girl who took my order step out in front of almost 3 cars without looking, then she comes up to me I tell her what I want “xl cookie butter iced latte with cold foam and XTRA SWEET”she had no idea how to place this order and began asking for my help so eventually I pay and get through the long line and my coffee… needless to say not how I wanted it but couldn’t say anything cause I was already down the road. Willing to try again but pretty disappointed for their first day open
