  Went there at 1030 at night. Guy wouldn’t take my order, told me if I downloaded app and did mobile order he would take it (might be the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard). We proceed to do the mobile order but their app doesn’t allow us to checkout, so we waisted 30 mins sitting in the line to not get any food. On top of that, their manager was super rude, didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. Just walked away from the window. Another note, they always mess up the orders anyway. Just an overall terrible Taco Bell location. Avoid if possible.

  Super friendly staff. VERY CLEAN. Lots of parking. The food takes a little bit but it was delicious. Id come back here

  10:30PM. Closing time is Midnight. Girl in drive thru immediately says only taking mobile orders. I asked if I could just order one thing to avoid this app & take twice as long for a burrito. I had to use this atrocious app and decided to order three value menu items instead. (I’m terrible, excuse me) After pulling back through the drive thru 15 minutes later, worker cut off mic too late after our conversation. I was able to hear her mocking my phrase from earlier, “I’m only ordering one item!” She was quite upset while whining about her job. Listen I understand them being understaffed. I don’t write reviews at all & I get it isn’t a huge deal. You never know what somebody’s going through. I could understand if their closing time was 11 pm, but to whine and talk shit about customers unknowingly for them to hear with a whole 90 mins before closing is just crazy. I just wanted damn nacho fries and of course they were out anyways !!! I’m a Vernon resident so this is unfortunately the closest TB location around. They’re always MAD SLOW and rude but it is what it is. I hope they have a better night.

  With out a doubt the worst Taco Bell on the planet. You will not find a slower group of people than the ones inside of this place. Doesn’t matter the time off day or if there is a line or not. It’s just awful. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for one taco.
