Today, a very rude customer yelled at the staff and threw his coffee on the floor, splashing me and several other customers. I wasn't burned, but several members of the staff checked to see if I was ok and apologize. I assured them that I was fine and there was nothing for them to apologize for. They're always attentive and courteous and today was no exception. I look forward to going back.
- CMChris J MoraesJul 19, 20261.0Wonder why it has 3 stars well I know now not friendly stuff at all, visiting from Long Island, stopped after visiting the water park, my little ones wanted ice cream thinking they had it we stopped, walked in and just asked a girl that was making a drink a question if we could order with her or the tablet with a nasty attitude she replied “GIVE ME A SECOND.” With a simple yes, I will be with u guys would have done the job, I work in customer service and I totally understand it’s overwhelming sometimes and it’s stressful but u have to be nice to customers and can’t take it on the next one we are super friendly, hope she’s not nasty to others.

Twice I’ve gone and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side, I drive to work and usually heat up my bagel again there but they always put the cream cheese on the bagel even though the sticker even says “on the side” I’ve also ordered cold brew with marshmallow cold foam and charged for it. And NO COLD FOAM. I e also ordered the snackin bacon, and as a previous Dunkin employee in a way busier state & location, I know they are over batching when the bacon barely looks cooked, soggy and chewy to the taste. Those ovens and batching items have limits for quality control and they aren’t suggestions. Trying to do things fast and out of regulations makes everything taste horrible. Also the espresso machine isn’t being cleaned properly bc you can taste residue and when the espresso taste almost burnt bc of it. This whole team needs actual retraining because it is horrible. The first time I let it slide bc they were slammed and I felt horrible when I got there and saw how busy they were, but today there was no line. No cars in the parking lot which tells me the lobby was empty and there was literally 1 car behind me in the drive thru line. They truly need to do better

People were very kind I like to wash hands before service bathroom locked after getting coffee had to be walked to bathroom to use it .first time to do in a long time corner gas station with coffee sitting all night was better. Workers were very polite which was the best part. Never will stop in again ill wait to find a better place
