That is almost 2/3 of a pound LESS meat than I paid for. That is stealing/fraud. Check your scales. So disappointed in our local grocery store.

The staff is incompetent when I called and/or went in person. They ruined simple directions. If you can't decorate the cake the way I asked (with a picture), then don't do it or even try! Totally wrong colors, and they took a picture of what we wanted on their iPad. And then she brings it out knowing it's wrong and laughing about it saying she gave us a discount on the cost! Duh! Again, not what I wanted for my daughters graduation cake. At least it tasted good. So I heard. Did I mention it looked half melted? Yes the cake decorator was on vacation, but they got our cakes (plural) right last year when she was away. Why is she always on vacation??? Don't take the job if you don't have a back up. BTW Emelia has an attitude I could live without. She's fresh, last year and this year. (she wasn't the one laughing, just taking my order for the second time) This bakery needs to suck it up buttercup and get with the program. I do recommend the bettercream frosting, not on their order sheet however. Yes BETTER cream. That's why they get 2 stars.
