  Let's get it together!! This location is something else!! My overall rating is based on D&D in general. I can't hate this location as you give me what I want. And the food is what it is. You know what you are getting which is clearly not 5 star. The product is what it is but the people working here should make us feel welcomed and they do not. The younger gentlemen running the register and window need training!! They need to be told how to greet customers with a basic greeting. Whether you go inside or use the drive thru, the service is not the best. I am hoping that it's not management that creates unhappy work places. At the moment, I'm thinking it's the people they hired. The personalities are duds. If you say "thank you", they look right past you. If you say "hello", they won't talk back. It's weird and trust me, it's not a medical thing!! The summer season is coming. Train your employee's basic person-to-person interaction!!! Overall, the food is what it is and it's not awful. It's affordable and not too bad.

  the service was poor .the owner needed to intervene to merely buy a few items. i give the food and atmosphere a 4 .how can a national chain be 5 star when private places exist and some are so elite

  I went to Dunkin today and got three sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant with a donut And paid over $18 for it got my order realized something wasn’t right. I only had one sausage, egg and cheese croissant on me when there were supposed to be Three of them got back showed them the receipt. They were lucky. I was nice today One of the worst if not the worst Duncan I’ve ever been a part of

  The place was nice it was not incredible other dunkin' donuts are a lot better this one was a complete disappointment 😔😔😔

  One of the Worst and Rudest Dunkin that I’ve ever been in! This Dunkin has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service! I ordered a $5 meal deal. When I got my sandwich it had a little tin piece of bacon on it when I brought it up to the counter and I asked the young male employee if he could remake it that’s when he had a crash out and had the most obnoxious attitude about it. Dude I’m not asking for you to preform brain surgery just remake the breakfast sandwich. Then I asked for the district manager number after a certain amount of time passed the male rude employee gave it to me. And get this he tells me “ They are training me to be a manager “ WOW! Seriously you’re going to be a manager of the Dunkin in Ventnor! lol Wait till summer when the shoobies eat you up and spit you out! Best be getting some better people skills and learn how to deal with making customers happy and satisfied! After all that’s why you have a job there! Totally unprofessional and rude.Good luck having a successful career in customer service with that kind of attitude towards customers!
