I Visited this location on March 8, 2026. All I wanted was fries. The gentleman at the register was professional and upbeat. After getting my fries and eating a few, I proceeded to leave. The fries were stale. In my car I went deeper in the bag hoping it was only the top ones that were bad. The whole bag was stale so I decided to see if I could get a refund. Upon my return the gentleman at the register was very professional but he didn't know what to do. When he called the manager it was obvious from her demeanor and response that she was not having a good day. She asked me why I wanted a refund. I told her the fries tasted like they've been sitting there all day long. The male employee then asked me if he should throw out the fries. The manager snapped at the polite gentleman. She aggressively tells him he's not touching anything. She was extremely rude to this employee. This young man did excellent work and did not deserve to be spoken to in such a manner. This manager needs to learn to control her emotions. Not going back to this location for a while.

It is because of people like those who work at this place that people of color get labeled as bad people. The two guys working there are rude; they can't even give you an extra bag. The service is undoubtedly terrible.

Two man eat. One man die. Idk. Just had a finishing sip of Oreo milkshake topping off a little hamburger all the way. The crew showed our family love with the fries in the bag. Satisfied.

Today, April 16th, at 6:50 PM, I had a horrible experience with the woman at the register. She was rude and arrogant. The guy frying the fries ignored me, and they kept making faces at me. I will never go back there again. I just wanted to ask for less spice on the fries. I drove 15 minutes to get there. Terrible employees. My family won't be returning either.
