  These guys literally always mess things up. Food is terribly made and looks like vomit, zero seasoning on fries. Worst wingstop ever

  I had such a fantastic experience at this Wingstop today! The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked wings and flavorful sauces. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our order came out; the wait time was impressively fast. The service was also top-notch, with friendly staff who were attentive and efficient. I'll definitely be returning for another amazing meal soon!

  The customer service is fine, nothing against them personally. But the cleanliness in this location is baaad. I went to get tea out of the dispenser and it smelled like ROTTEN eggs. Then I got lemonade out of the machine and there was no sugar in it, it was bitter. The tables are always sticky, the floor doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. The redeeming quality for the atmosphere is the banger millennial playlist 😂

  1 Star — Worst Wingstop experience I’ve had (2290 US-22, Union, NJ 07083) I visited this Wingstop location today, June 23, 2026, at around 11:05 PM. The store’s posted closing time is 12:00 AM, but apparently the employees decided they were done serving customers almost an hour early. As we pulled into the parking lot, the employees were already staring at us with obvious attitudes. We walked in around 11:08 PM and were immediately asked if we were picking up or placing an order. We said we wanted to place an order, and the employee responded that they were “not taking orders right now” in a rude and dismissive way. What’s unacceptable is that they were already cleaning and shutting everything down while customers were still arriving. If you don’t want to serve customers, don’t advertise that you’re open until midnight. Closing early and making customers feel like they are bothering you is extremely unprofessional. I didn’t argue, I didn’t make a scene, and I simply left. I took my business to another Wingstop in Hillside and the difference was night and day — the employees there were respectful, professional, and actually acted like they valued customers. This location needs serious management attention. The employees here gave the impression that they care more about leaving early than doing their jobs. Experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back. I would expect better from a national brand like Wingstop.
