  great. organized, easy to shop, well stocked, even saw a few associates helping customers. a lot of other places stockers would bite your head off for asking them a question... :) ty

  the worse place i had get milk i open next day was bad , i got salad dressing the bottle is glass but broken when back next day they didn’t refund me any think ride there waste of money there products not dress at all

  Today at around 7:40 PM, I was at Stop & Shop using the self-checkout. I asked the employee assisting the self-checkout area for help because I had entered the wrong code for the potatoes, and the price came up higher than it should have. Unfortunately, the way she spoke to me came across as very rude and dismissive. I don’t believe there was any need to treat a customer that way. I live at 1026 Stuyvesant Avenue, so this Stop & Shop is my neighborhood grocery store. I shop here all the time, and I have always had wonderful experiences with the staff. Everyone has always been friendly, helpful, and respectful. This was the first time I had seen this employee, and it was also the first time I had such an unpleasant interaction. I know this is not the level of customer service that I usually experience at Stop & Shop, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. My intention is not to get anyone in trouble I simply hope this can be used as a reminder that treating customers with kindness and respect makes a big difference. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I truly appreciate it.
