First time I ordered, it was minutes before closing via doordash and they had called me letting me know to not order 10 minutes before closing next time and to also tip the driver generously. I was shocked to get a call like that. If you’re open to have an order placed, then you’re open. Simple as that. It might be frustrating, I understand, during closing duties but then close earlier? Or just understand how that’s part of the business. Very unprofessional honestly. I made the mistake by ordering again via DoorDash. Left them a $1 tip, driver came to my house where I met him in the middle of street to grab my food. He was shocked at the tip amount, “1 dollar tip, really?”. Don’t like it? Get another job, sorry but you’re driving 7 minutes to just drop my food off to me in the middle of the street? Be glad you got anything at all. I can’t even express how ungrateful and disgusting this interaction really was. This being the second incident from here establishes the clear fact that they obviously have their values elsewhere with nasty mannerisms and I’ve seen other reviews here stating some spitting in food? That’s horrifying to know this branch is still up and running. They should be thoroughly investigated.

I personally saw an employee wearing the same gloves while handling different tasks. The gloves touched money at the cashier, the employee touched their ear with the same gloves, and then those gloves were used to handle food. This type of practice is concerning because gloves should be changed when switching between tasks. I hope management reviews food safety procedures and provides proper training to ensure better hygiene standards for customers.

When ordering time said about 10-17 minutes. That went on to be almost 35-40 minutes for the order plus the “indian” guy upfront wanted to give attitude on top of it. Definitely will not be ordering this late at night again since they seemed to be busier and especially crankier.
