  2 baskets of grease and oil and wrong blizzards sent. $41 on trash that’ll kill your heart! Ya to be ashamed of yourselves ya make DQ look bad. Fire them all corporate!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location today involving inconsistent food quality and questionable service, though it was partially redeemed by a professional staff member. I initially came in to redeem a reward for a 6-piece chicken basket. I was served by a gentleman with a beard who was quite fast—my food was ready in under 30 seconds—but the quality was unacceptable. The chicken pieces were tiny, and the fries were incredibly soggy and dripping with oil, appearing as if they hadn't been cooked properly at all. When I returned a few minutes later to place a separate order to replace the meal, I was met with more friction. The same employee who served me the first time stepped in to tell me I could only use one reward per day. This is incorrect, as the policy is generally one per transaction. Rather than arguing, I stepped out and had my fiancé go in to handle the second order. Thankfully, she was helped by a young man named Matthew. He was professional, polite, and took the time (about 5-10 minutes) to ensure the food was actually fresh. The second basket he prepared was exactly how it should be: full-sized tenders and crispy, fully-cooked fries. It’s disappointing that I had to go through such a hassle and use double the points just to get a standard meal. If you go here, hope that Matthew is the one handling your order; he clearly cares about the quality of the food leaving the kitchen, whereas the other staff member seemed more interested in being difficult than providing a good meal.

  This place is awful off the older man that takes the orders is rude and has an nasty attitude gave me burnt food and did not want to refund me my money and the cook came out with his nasty attitude as well and clearly seen the burger was burned as well I didn’t even trust him to exchange my food in fear of what they would do to my food in the back he handed me my drink with particles floating around in it ewww the soda machine was filthy and not to mention how dirty they were serving people food and out of uniform disgusting !!!!!!
